Lungs could pump blood
With some exercising, and exterior design, lung muscles could pump blood, serving as artificial heart
Breathing is automatic and periodic thing for humans, that's quite reliable. It is also based on muscles, so, if we use it for pumping blood, it would not require batteries. Such artificial heart, powered by breathing, could potentially make us free, using lungs as the power source for circulation of blood.
